Creating Impact Through Action
Since 2020, Care4Poor has grown from a community relief initiative into a youth-led nonprofit creating impact through education, sports, leadership, and social innovation. Every milestone reflects our belief that sustainable change is built through collective action.
2020
Care4Poor Foundation
Care4Poor was established with the mission of serving underserved communities during times of need. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we distributed over ₹10,00,000 worth of ration, supporting hundreds of families with essential supplies when they needed them most. This marked the beginning of our journey toward long-term social impact.
2024
Launch of Score4Change
To empower young people through sports, we launched Score4Change, a dedicated youth engagement vertical.
Kick4Change - Edition I
In partnership with Decathlon, we successfully organized two 4-a-side football tournaments featuring 16 teams and welcoming 100+ participants and spectators. Beyond promoting sportsmanship and community engagement, the tournaments raised ₹18,000, with every rupee directed toward charitable initiatives and NGO support.
Kick4Change - Edition II
Building on the success of the first edition, we hosted a high-energy knockout football tournament featuring 18 teams and 120+ participants. Alongside competitive football, the event encouraged social responsibility through a donation drive that collected essential sports equipment for children and communities in need.
2024-2025
Community Impact Drives
Throughout late 2024 and early 2025, Care4Poor conducted a series of educational and community engagement drives focused on empowering children through learning, creativity, mentorship, and life skills. These initiatives included:
- Planting Seeds of Impact - Interactive literacy, numeracy, and creative learning activities.
- Handbooks of Hope - Personalized educational handbooks and one-on-one mentorship.
- Tiny Traces at Work (with Novices & Harart Foundation) - Storytelling, art, games, and joyful learning experiences.
- Smile and Skills - Confidence-building through teamwork, writing, and interactive activities.
- Cheers to Change - A year-end celebration promoting learning, happiness, and community.
- Lessons for Life - Character-building sessions focused on honesty, kindness, responsibility, and respect.
Together, these drives engaged dozens of volunteers and impacted countless children by making education enjoyable, meaningful, and accessible.
2025
Launch of Debate4Change
Recognizing the importance of dialogue and leadership, we introduced Debate4Change, a platform empowering young voices through Model United Nations conferences.
Debate4Change 1.0
Hosted on 11-12 January 2025 at Delhi Metropolitan Education, the inaugural conference welcomed 450+ delegates, featuring 8 offline committees and 1 online committee, with a ₹1,00,000 cash prize pool. The event brought together aspiring leaders from across the capital to debate pressing global issues.
Debate4Change 2.0
Held on 4-5 October 2025, the second edition marked a significant milestone, welcoming 1,800+ participants, featuring 20+ committees, and offering a ₹4,00,000 cash prize pool. The conference established itself as one of the largest youth-led debating platforms in the region.

The Next Chapter
As our mission continues to grow, Care4Poor is expanding its impact through two new initiatives:
- Express4Change - fostering creativity, performing arts, and youth expression through events such as concerts, stand-up comedy, and cultural experiences.
- Ideate4Change - promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving by empowering young minds to create solutions for real-world challenges.

Harnessing the power of sports to promote teamwork, discipline, leadership, confidence, and holistic development among children and young people.
D4C – Debate4Change
Building confident communicators and changemakers through debates, public speaking, and thought-provoking discussions.
E4C – Express4Change
A platform where creativity meets purpose. Through cultural festivals, concerts, competitions, performances, and youth-led events, E4C encourages expression while driving meaningful social change.
I4C – Ideate4Change
Encouraging students and young innovators to think beyond boundaries through innovation, entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving, and impactful ideas that address real-world challenges.
